Firas Zghaibeh

I’m Firas Zghaibeh, born in Wiesbaden, Germany, in 2007. As a former Tennis Europe player (ranking 3000), I turned my passion for sports into a mission: helping people improve their health through fitness and rehabilitation. 

I’m certified as a Fitness Trainer (C-License), hold an ATP-certified Coach License (GPT-CA), a MTM Tennis Teacher License, Udemy Mental-Coaching license and finishing my B license at the moment 

I speak German, English, Turkish, and some Arabic and French. My goal is clear: to support others in becoming stronger, healthier, and more balanced — both physically and mentally.
